Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully ask you to please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments and cancellations.

Our goal is to provide quality aesthetic services to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our artists, but our other clients as well. 

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. 

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

You can cancel your appointment by managing your booking via your BookThatApp appointment emails.  Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.  If you fit into our 48-hour notice period, rather reschedule your appointment or forfeit your deposit.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, the 50% deposit charged upon booking will cover this.  If a client wants to book again, they will still have to pay another 50% deposit.  

Late Fees

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee applies. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
 
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
