Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully ask you to please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments, rescheduling and cancellations.

Our goal is to provide quality aesthetic services to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our artists and their income, but our other clients as well. 

Appointment Cancellation 

Canceling your appointment completely results in loss of your deposit as they are non-refundable, rather reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, where your deposit will be carried over. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

Rescheduling

 

You can reschedule your appointment by managing your booking via your BookThatApp appointment emails or contact us directly.  Please note that we would need 48-hours notice before you can reschedule.  If you fit into our 48-hour notice period, we will move your appointment to a more appropriate date, but if not, you forfeit your deposit.

No-Shows

A no-show is when a client misses an appointment or is more than 30 minutes late. In either case, the 50% deposit charged upon booking will cover this.  If a client wants to book again, they will still have to pay another 50% deposit.  In instances where the appointment is over R1500, a no-show is liable to pay for the service in full as this affects the earnings of our artists greatly.

Late Fees

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee applies. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
 
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we may waive these fees however this depends on the circumstances.
